Mission
To bring education in values for the future adults with the purpose of making them capable of doing anything in their lives respecting general laws of education and sharing
Vision
Be recognized like an organization that teaches and implements basic values for the girls with different practical strategies in and out of school in their daily life
Legal Requirements
1. The Constitution of Guatemala in the part of Education article 71 support our organization because:
b. We want to inculcate values in the girls, but specially the tolerance.
2. In the same part but in the article 72, supports our organization because:
a. One of our goals is the development of the human person.
3. In the article 73 supports the organization because:
a. We want to demonstrate that the values are the main factor of the family, the studies and the life.
4. In the article 74 supports the organization because:
a. The teachings are free and all had the right to receive
5. In the article 63 of the Culture part, supports our organization because:
a. We want to teach the tolerance for the liberty expression.

Principal values: Tolerance, responsibility, respect, humility, honesty, leadership, generosity.
Positive facts:
What a person with values can have?
- A good relationship with our family and friend: If we practice the tolerance, is easier to solve the problems without making a unnecessary conflict.
- Be successful in life: If we practice values like responsibility, leadership, respect, honesty and others; we can achieve our goals having a good job.
Negative facts:
- Some persons don’t practice principal values, because not all has received the same education.
- Not everyone has the same interest in practice the values.
What a person with values can have?

Questions
- Write in your journal how you feel about having completed this service project. What were your original expectations? What do you think now? What obstacles did you overcome?
- We are happy because now we know that in a future we can do an Organization.
- First of all, we thought that the project will be a little bit difficult because we thought that create a organization but now we know that is difficult but not to much.
- We had some obstacles; some of them was that some of the groups does not work the same quantity of parts of all.
- What skills and knowledge did you learn from the project? How did the project expand your knowledge of F.I.L.M. program themes (like the animal-human bond, reading to adults, social justice)?
- We learn that work in group is not easy than we thought
- With the polls, we learn that not all the girls practice the values much as they have to.
- Write down quotes or reactions from community members regarding your project.

- Discuss with a partner one thing you would do differently next time.
- Deliver the parts in the same amount to all the members of the group.
- Contact a partner organization with which you would like to get involved with and volunteer.
- With the organization of the scholar security. (The group of Ixchel) Because is a reality that a lot of girls live each day in the school.
Problems and Solutions
Main problem: Some girls are not taken seriously the thing that has to do with the values, they do things that are not correctly and they don’t respect their teachers and classmates.
• Problem 1:
At home when the parents didn’t teach to their children the values or how to behave in other places they act as they do at home so is more difficult to coexist with this kind of children.
• Solution 1:
1. Some teachers most take measures such as taking with the parents about what is happening with their children so they could talk to them and probably things will be better.
2. Make a parents school in which they discuss the issue of values.
• Problem 2:
Some girls do not have God in their hearts so they do not practice the values.
• Solution 2:
1. Try to talk and do more activities that have relation with God, so they could have the only live and the only peace that comes from him.
• Problem 1:
